What will you be doing?

  • Work with data to validate or invalidate hypothesis on game economy.
  • Assess and analyse the impact of any potential changes or improvements to the game.
  • Working with a range of disciplines to drive results and outcomes for the product.

Skills & experience required:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in f2p, mobile games or mobile product management, or data analytics in the mobile space.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with SQL, or a willingness to learn.
  • Quantitative modelling skills to assess and estimate effects of scenarios, as well as experience with testing and experimentation a plus.
  • Have true love for games, ensuring player engagement and enjoyment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work towards a solution.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across a varied team.
  • A good team player who is self-starting.
  • Ability to differentiate correlation from causation.
  • Experience with SQL (if none, strong desire to learn SQL required).
  • Quantitative modelling skills to estimate the effect of potential ideas and scenarios.
  • Experience with multivariate testing and experimentation.

Opportunity to bring your strong CRM Lead skills and drive, create and own the CRM strategy of this successful team! Role focus is on the development, management, and successful rollout of programs that align with the team’s CRM strategy and maintaining user engagement, working across teams in the business. What you will be doing?

  • Manage, lead and mentor the CRM team
  • Optimize and manage mobile-app game lifecycle across channels
  • Plan, optimise user engagement
  • Build strategy, measurement and optimisation of Live-Ops campaigns
  • Driven by data and analytics on monetisation
  • Enhance growth model processes, conversion, and retention
  • Ensure optimal usage of CRM tool, ensuring and improving data integration as needed

Who we are looking for?

  • Minimum of a completed university degree Marketing / Communications / Business Admin or similar.
  • No less than 5 years relevant work experience in CRM with a focus on mobile (mobile push and in-app).
  • Ability to design new analysis and convert into strategic business campaign optimisations
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and tech stacks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead, previous people management an advantage
  • First experience in people management is a plus
  • Previous experience & comfort working in an English-speaking work environment
