We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a central role in driving our portfolio of web and mobile games. In this influential role, you’ll bring your product strategy and roadmap expertise to steer product performance and contribute to our ongoing growth. Your Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy: Create and articulate product roadmaps, working closely with producers to align new features with the overall vision.
• Build a Cohesive Team Environment: Cultivate a collaborative, motivating atmosphere that inspires team members to work towards shared objectives with enthusiasm and purpose.
• Lead through Data-Driven Decision Making: Set and track KPIs for game performance, using data analysis to inform product growth and prioritize feature development.
• Drive Acquisition, Engagement, and Monetization: Manage and refine strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, with a focus on F2P models with in-app purchases.
• Generate Business Value: Develop persuasive business cases for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering a strong user experience.
• Conduct Market Analysis: Keep up with industry trends by performing competitive analysis, identifying ways to elevate our products.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Product Management: 5+ years of experience with a strong background in the gaming industry, specifically in free-to-play (F2P) models.
• Collaboration and Communication: You excel at uniting diverse teams around a common vision, creating excitement for shared objectives without needing direct management authority.
• Strategic and Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of product metrics, user funnels, and A/B testing, with advanced skills in Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, autonomously driving projects and maintaining a strong focus on business objectives.
• Team-Oriented Approach: You are open-minded, thrive in a team-based environment, and excel at building consensus and alignment through open communication.
