Our client are a leading PC games studio making a world class multiplayer strategy game. We’re searching for a Senior Product Owner to lead the charge on what will be a pioneering MMO experience unlike any other. You’ll be an integral part of our Product team, spearheading the vision and strategy. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure smooth delivery while guiding the project with strong leadership and excellent communication.You’ll also represent the player's perspective, ensuring out game captivates and resonates with its audience across the globe.

This role will be based in the Berlin headquarters with full relocation package offered if required.

Key responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Product Director and C-level to monitor product status, team progress, and quality benchmarks.

· Ensure the vision for the game as well as our strategy and target audience, are clearly communicated and upheld by our feature teams.

· Work along side cross-disciplinary feature teams to articulate and maintain the product's core vision.

· Partner with teams to prioritize tasks and make scope adjustments when necessary.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers, while clearly communicating key strategic decisions.

· Define quality standards and key metrics for feature teams throughout the development cycle.

· Collaborate with the player research team to deliver the best possible user experience.

· Stay informed of competitive innovations andindustry trends relevant to gaming and related sectors.

You are:

· Proven experience as a Product Owner within the gaming industry.

· Deep knowledge of game development processes and methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.

· A passion for gaming, with an in-depth understanding of what makes games fun and engaging.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.

· Experience shipping at least one AAA game title.
