We are working with a leading AAA action-based videogame studio who are looking for a Senior Producer to join their exciting team and work on their latest titles.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for leading the product team to deliver on the projects vision
• Lead a cross functional team in crafting creative content and incredible experiences
• Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets
• Lead improvements based on end user feedback/KPIs
• Facilitate great communication of the vison and targets across different the team
• Identify and communicate all roadblocks and bottlenecks and make recommendations for adjustments as appropriate
• Lead the user testing process, making optimization decisions (from metrics)

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in a Producer role or similar
• 1+ title shipped in a Producer role
• Great experience and knowledge of SRUM
• Expertise in Production methodologies e.g., Agile, Waterfall as well as software e.g., Jira, Excel
• Deep understanding of game development, software development process and project management process
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for video games
• Great English written and verbal communication skills
