This role is for a production director based in London for a renowned game studio specializing in PC/Console games, bringing team-based multiplayer experiences to millions of players worldwide.As a member of the Product Management team, you'll contribute to shaping the vision and success of games.

What you will be doing:

• Define and steer the vision, strategy, and business model of the product based on market understanding, player needs, and engagement mechanics.

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Producer, Production, and Game teams to concept, define, and implement engaging features, content, and systems.

• Manage the content and release roadmap, ensuring alignment with the product vision and addressing player desires.

• Oversee the development of a world-class content roadmap that meets player expectations and drives critical and commercial success.

• Build and lead a best-in-class game team while continuously striving for excellence in delivery and meeting key metrics and targets

What we need from you:

• Passionate gamer with a deep love and understanding of games, their mechanics, and player experiences.

• Strategic thinker with excellent planning skills, capable of balancing short-term solutions with long-term goals for commercial and critical success.

• Effective leader with the ability to delegate tasks, manage teams, and foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability.

• Strong understanding of game design, market trends, and engagement/monetization mechanics.

• Proven track record in product management or a related role within the gaming industry, demonstrating successful product launches and ongoing management.
