We are working with a well-established console games studio who are looking for a Senior Game Designer to help join their team and work on their much-loved hit franchise.

What you will be doing:

• Report to the Lead Game Designer, and work across multi-disciplinary teams to implement new systems and features
• Create and maintain clear and precise design documentation
• Be responsible for ensuring new systems and features are up to the highest quality
• Mentor and help junior teammates
• Provide and seek feedback to aid in honing the player experience 

Who you are:

• 5+ years design experience in a similar role
• University degree in Game Design or similar
• At least one high-profile published console title to 1+ published console title under your belt credited as game designer
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop productive relationships
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
