We are working with a well-established AAA RPG Shooter videogames studio, who are looking for a talented Senior Producer to join their team and work on their latest projects. This role is offered fully remote.

What you will be doing:

• Be responsible for managing a monitoring the day-to-day of the team, ensuring the project is on pace
• Manage and improve pipelines, processes, and team performance
• Define workflows and facilitate clear communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams
• Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks to development
• Provide mentor and leadership to junior members of the production team
• Manage and report KPIs
• Build and maintain short and long-term project plans, schedules, and roadmaps

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Producer role or similar
• Full project life cycle experience with at least 1 title shipped in a management role
• Strong project management skills (projects, teams, performance, risks etc)
• Great organisational skills and time management skills
• Experience of project status and risk reporting
• Experience using agile project management methodologies
• Software experience with JIRA, Google Docs/ Sheets/ Slides
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
