Our client is a well-established mobile games studio based in Berlin, who are now looking for an Art Producer to join their talented team and work on their latest titles.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with the production team to define work and schedules for both internal and external teams
• Organize and update the art backlog
• Negotiate with stakeholders and take responsibility and management of roadmaps for the game’s studio
• Deliver effective feedback across all art disciplines
• Be responsible for maintaining and improving a high level of documentation and processes
• Motivate and provide support to the art team
• Build strong relationships with the art team and their stakeholders
• Manage external media content production pipelines e.g., illustration, audio, and video

Who you are:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Producer in the games industry
• Good knowledge in art production, e.g., pipelines and processes
• Knowledge of lean and agile project management methods
• Practical knowledge in game production
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
