What you will be doing?

• Accountable for game production and delivery
• Roadmap – costs, delivery etc.
• Manage production teams, motivate and reduce barriers
• Ensure productivity
• Deliver KPI’s
• Oversee outsource partners
• Studio-wide staffing, budgets and project allocation within the threshold of the senior team

• AAA game production process and methodology expert
• Hugely experienced manager including outsourcing engagements across multiple vendors
• Agile, JIRA
• Negotiator, influencer
