Senior Technical Producer - London UK Ref 2395


Our client is a world leading mobile games studio based in London UK, searching for a Senior Technical Producer. As the new Senior Technical Producer who will be responsible for organising, tracking, maintaining Infra! team production and products, gathering requirements from external partners with engineers, designing development cycles, managing sprints and supporting the team's production effort.

This person must have a good technical understanding of infrastructure and development, be able to communicate both with engineers and product teams, able to form a team around to create and manage production pipeline for Infra! team. This role will be working directly with engineers in the team. This role is not going to work directly on game production but will work on a team supporting the game production, business units and data teams.

Having an engineering or development background is a big plus but not a must. This person should have a strong understanding of managing multiple products and multiple development tracks. You will be a driving force within teams, taking ownership for planning and execution across multiple teams to achieve the highest quality. You will empower teams to deliver an outstanding game at high quality, on budget, and on time. Championing development process improvements through team retrospectives and feedback.


  • Review current system and design production pipeline for Infrastructure team
  • Manage multiple sub-projects in different tracks
  • Monitoring project activities in various areas, collaboration with other teams to understand and meet their requirements
  • Communicate with internal pods for planning and production
  • Organizing the team’s work, ensuring maximum efficiency and maintaining a timeline for team production
  • Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams
  • Managing team development sprints and outputs


  • Experience as a Technical Producer with full production cycle experience from Concept Prototyping to Launch and Live Operations.
  • Highly capable and experienced in a variety of development methodologies including Agile SCRUM, Kanban, team management, long and short-term project scheduling and execution.
  • Experience of project status and risk reporting including executive-level project reporting.
  • Experience handling large, multi-disciplinary feature teams developing towards specific deadlines and delivering to world class quality.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of technical concepts, software development process and lifecycle.
  • Good understanding JIRA, GSuite, etc.
  • Good experience in gathering requirements, converting to technical requirements and Documentation.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
