A cutting-edge game development studio delivering co-development services to global triple-A clients. As a Lead Artist, you will collaborate with the Art Director, manage the art team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality assets. This role is offered fully remote if based in the United Kingdom.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with the Art Director to achieve client's aesthetic targets and maintain high craft excellence standards.
• Create benchmark assets to inspire and guide the art team, ensuring quality and efficient workflows.
• Foster relationships with the client's art team, providing regular communication and reassurance.
• Conduct artwork reviews, offering concise feedback for cohesive and high-quality results.
• Support artists with resources, technical problem-solving, and adherence to guidelines while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

What we need from you:

• Excellent artistic ability with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Maya/Max/Blender, Substance, and Unreal.
• Strong understanding of fundamental art principles and techniques.
• Confident art leader with effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear feedback and guidance.
• Practical problem-solving skills and experience in mentoring other artists.
• Positive, collaborative team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest technology and embracing new game art techniques.
