We are working with an exciting mobile gaming studio based in Bangalore, India who are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Technical Animator to join their talented animation team. This role is offered onsite with an excellent relocation package.

What you will be doing:

• As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Animators and ensure the creation of high-quality character rigs.
• Create advanced character rigs and deformation solutions.
• Create tools to improve/support our internal animation and character pipelines.
• Work across multi-disciplinary teams to establish, refine and optimize animation pipelines and procedures.
• Mentor and help junior members of the Animation team.
• Take part in review cycles, providing and improving on feedback from other team members.

Who you are:

• As a Lead 3+ years of experience in a Senior Technical Animator role, as a Senior 3+ years in a Technical Animator role.
• At least 1+ title shipped in a Technical Animator role (ideally AAA).
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating animation rigs, tools development or runtime solutions for AAA.
• Strong Unreal Engine, and Unreal Engine animation systems.
• Great experience and knowledge with 3d animation e.g., Maya and Motionbuilder.
