Our client is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the United Kingdom and they are looking to employ an experienced and talented Lead Concept Artist; someone with excellent visual design skills, a good communicator who will manage and lead the concept team to new heights. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Art Director 
• Lead, guide, motivate and push the concept team
• Provide design of environments, keyframes, props and set concepts 
• Assist with the creation of the game world in the vision of the game concept 
• Create and deliver concept art that meet the requirements for the project 
• Follow up and follow through with feedback

Requirements

·A min of 5 years in the games industry as a Lead or Senior Concept Artist 

·Has worked on a published title

·AAA experience is a bonus 

·An amazing portfolio, showcasing different styles, understanding of visual design principles including colour and light, with an eye for detail 

·Solid experience, translating from the conceptual phase to in game content

·Excellent leadership abilities
