What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including production to establish, refine and optimize dependencies.
• Lead, coach, and guide the engineering team.
• Understanding systems and tools requirements.
• Ensure the team is engaged on the relevant tasks at a suitable timeframe.
• Ensure the engineering team achieves progress that fulfils objectives.
• Promote a culture of growth and development through mentoring the team.

Who you are:

• Experience with shipping multiple game projects and managing large teams.
• You have expert understanding of engineering including C++ programming tool.
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving abilities.
• You are able to facilitate straightforward discussions and create clear, precise documentation.
• Able to develop relationships and create valuable connections with the team.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
