Revenue Manager - Gaming Industry - Europe/Asia - Salary US$100K -$150

Our client is a leading global mobile eSports platform that offers users the chance to compete in both free and paid tournaments across 60+ games, including fantasy sports, sports games, puzzles, casual games, and boardgames. They host hundreds of millions of tournaments monthly and serves over 90 million registered users across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to expand market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Manage the full P&L for a specific category or game, with a keen focus on increasing revenue and improving profit margins.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed on the competitive landscape, consumer trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse user behaviour through App Analytics software and SQL.
  • Oversee product launches, collaborating with public relations, executives, and the product management team.
  • Create and implement product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Gather user feedback through calls, surveys, and in-person events.
  • Monitor daily KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats to the product.
  • Lead a product vertical, addressing inquiries and working closely with business units to resolve any emerging issues.

  • Specialization: Leaders should be experts in at least one area, whether it be product, business development, marketing, or another discipline.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in uncertainty and excel in rapidly changing environments, reacting swiftly to seize opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other analytical tools and methodologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Category/Revenue Management or Business Analytics, particularly in the gaming sector.
  • Previous experience in eGaming with a focus on category or growth roles.
  • Expertise in retention management, customer lifecycle management, or loyalty/subscription models.
  • Proven track record in developing successful product and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with consumer-facing products is a significant advantage.
