Senior UA Manager - Fully Remote - eSports and Gaming
Our client is the world's leading mobile eSports platform that allows users to participate in free as well as paid competitions across 60+ games in multiple categories, including fantasy sports, sports games, puzzle, casual and board games, with 90 million registered users.
We are looking for a Senior UA Manager for its Brazil business.
Here’s what you will do-
● Devise and implement data-led acquisition strategies in Brazil
● Identify the target audience and ascertain how best to communicate to that audience.
● Lead online and social media marketing, especially search, display, remarketing, Google Adwords, Paid campaigns and other aspects of online marketing.
● Monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through analysis of web/app analytics including consumer data and insights, and use this data to tweak current campaigns and formulate future ones.
● Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, new media buying opportunities and recommendations on new ways to reach target audience
● Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.
● Have strong knowledge about google analytics and other conversion metrics.
● Deep understanding of optimization techniques, events, attribution mechanisms, Data funnel usage to get best cohorts of users.
● Understanding of Ad-serving, Ad ops, DSPs will be highly valuable.
● Experience with fraud detection partners.
What we are looking for-
● 6-8 years of experience driving growth through digital acquisition channels
● User Acquisition experience in the Brazil market in social casino/free to play gaming /real money skill gaming industries
● In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Facebook, Programmatic, Affiliates etc.
● Experience in category Management, Stakeholder/cross functional teams Management
● Demonstrable experience in implementing data-drive strategies & using analytics.
● Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
● Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines.
● Experience in a startup culture is a plus.
● Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically
● Experience managing a large budget
● Location - no constraint. Can be based anywhere across the globe
Overall package of US$100K to US$150K OTE, 75% basic and 25% bonus, negotiable on experience.
