· Our client is one ofthe world's leading casual mobile & social casino games platform that allows users to participate in free as well as paid competitions across 80+ games in multiple categories, including fantasy sports, sports games, puzzle, casual and board games.

· We are looking for a Game Producer to partner with us as we build exciting new casual card and board games that everyone can enjoy. In this role,you will be responsible for the cost and time effective delivery of new games and features.

· This role is based out of our Indian headquarters but remote working with need-based travel is available for the right candidate.

Here’swhat you will do:

●  Driveand implement the company vision around game productions

●  Create and track the product roadmap including milestone plan, strategic objectives and priorities

●  Deliver game products that are ready to be live produced and operated

●  Review and revise decisions and priorities

●  Report and represent the production status, progress, risk, and mitigations to key stakeholders

●  Leverage own skills and the teams to innovate, create concepts, wireframes, and userflows to visualize ideas and build and drive product decisions

●  Communicate product vision and priorities

●  Use game and business KPIs to make data-informed product decisions

Whatwe are looking for:

●  Proven experience of at least 4-5 years as a Producer in the gaming industry, particularly with casual to midcore games and/or experience as Product Owner (build, measure, learn cycles)

●  Producingand shipping game titles (social/mobile environment) Important to be able to explain strategy and results to stakeholders

●  Experiencein running production P&L and operating budgets for game productions and/or a studio

●  Passion for great, user-centered product design and quality

●  Ability to help design and implement efficient production pipelines for use during and after release

●  Excellent in-person and remote leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to inspire and guide solutions. Equally comfortable presenting to Cs and Executives and working with cross-functional stakeholders

●  Exposure to managing Dev teams on hypercasual games / social casino core loops

●  Networks and connections with Devs and Tech Art talent/agencies to get projects off the ground faster or as and when needed

●  Agile/Scrum experience

●  Ability to travel for work if needed
