We are working with a revolutionary mobile games companybased in Norway who are looking for a talented QA Lead to join their team andwork on their latest exciting projects.

What you will be doing:

· Defining test strategies aligned withsoftware development plans.

· Collaborating with product managers,developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of QAprocesses.

· Leading the planning and execution of testingactivities for all projects.

· Planning, implementing, and tracking manualand automated testing across all product aspects (frontend & backend).

· Identifying, documenting, and trackingdefects to resolution.

· Ensuring the maintenance of test automationframeworks and execution of automated test cases.

· Managing the QA team, including mentoring,training, and performance evaluations.

Who you are:

· 3+ years of experience in a Senior QA rolewithin video game development

· ISTQB Foundation level certification orequivalent experience.

· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools,and processes.

· Expertise with testing tools such as JIRA.

· Experience in shipping AA/AAA games on PC,console, or mobile platforms.

· Strong English written and verbal  communication skills.

· Excellent problem-solving skills andattention to detail.
