Manual QA Tester - Brazil

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with 2-5 years of experience. The QA should be situated in Brazil. The contract will be for 3 months.
The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of our apps through comprehensive testing and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual).
• Defect Tracking: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand the product requirements and functionalities.
• Reporting: Prepare and present test reports, documenting testing phases and defects
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support UAT processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
- 3-5 years of Experience with functional testing of mobile applications (Gaming experience would be a PLUS)
- Worked with Different Payments modes in Brazil and provide transactional support for the same. (Familiarity with Tazapay, Astropay and usage of CPF, PIX, Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Boleto)
• Technical Skills:
- Able to write Test cases and file defects with experience in using a task tracking software and test management system, preferably JIRA & Google sheets
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Tools:
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA. Confluence).
- Working knowledge of mobile platforms: iOS, Android, and iPad
• Attention to Detail:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
•Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
•Team Player:
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently. Work with offshore teams based out of India and Execute test cases written by test team
- Flexible to work with timing that suits India/Brazil time zone and accommodate Test requests
Salary - US$1500 to US$2000 per month.
There is a chance the contract may be extended.
