What you will be doing:

• Define, communicate, and maintain the project's creative vision for an exceptional player experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to life and ensure design cohesion.

• Provide guidance and direction in the development of features and systems, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with the overall project goals.

• Offer valuable feedback and insights to the design team, fostering a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Inspire and mentor the design team, leveraging your experience and expertise to nurture their growth and create a versatile and capable team that can tackle anychallenge.

What we need from you:

• Bring extensive experience as a Design Director or Creative Director, having successfully shipped multiple mobile casual games.

• Demonstrate expertise in games-as-a-service design methodologies and the ability to create engaging experiences for large player communities.

• Showcase a proven track record of implementing and enhancing design systems, workflows, and processes.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, effortlessly conveying ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
