We are working with a next-gen console and PC studio, which develop shooter and action titles. They are actively seeking to hire an Executive Producer, for their studio. Either remote or located at one of their studios.

Responsibilities:· 

• Manage two projects in parallel, working with both in-house and external development teams,

• actively participate in all development

• Strong focus on production and management

• Oversee outsourcing partners

• Organise the project team in all aspects

• 4/5 years of experience as a Senior Producer, or EP

• Experience in management of teams 50 people +

• Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment
